About “Sword and Sorceress XV”
Sword and Sorceress XV is an anthology in the Sword and Sorceress series, originally edited by Marion Zimmer Bradley and published by DAW Books. The series was created to address the lack of strong female protagonists in the sword and sorcery subgenre, which often portrayed women as damsels in distress or as rewards for male heroes.
