About “Count Robert of Paris”
Count Robert of Paris (1832) is the second-last novel in Walter Scott's Waverley series. It is part of Tales of My Landlord, fourth series, and is grouped with Castle Dangerous. The story takes place in Constantinople at the end of the 11th century, during the period leading up to the First Crusade.
