About “Mission Critical”

Court Gentry is aboard a CIA transport plane when a hooded man is brought on board to be interrogated in England about a mole. After landing at an isolated airbase, the prisoner is kidnapped by a hostile force. Gentry, the only survivor, is ordered to track down the kidnappers and rescue the asset. Meanwhile, in Virginia, a CIA safe house is attacked, leaving agents dead or wounded. The target is Gentry's former lover, Zoya Zakharova, who escapes but is pursued by killers. Gentry and Zoya are now on separate missions across the world, each holding a piece of the puzzle needed to survive. The novel follows their desperate attempts to uncover the truth and fight back against an unseen enemy.
