About “Old Earth”
Old Earth is a novel in the Horus Heresy series by Nick Kyme that follows the resurrected Vulkan as he departs from his homeworld and legion to fulfill his destined role on Terra. To navigate the impassable ruinstorm blocking warp travel, Vulkan must traverse ancient Eldar pathways, forbidden to humans, and seeks assistance from Shadrak Meduson and the Iron Tenth, who are engaged in guerrilla warfare against the Sons of Horus. The narrative also explores Shadrak's internal struggles within the Iron Hands and his pursuit of vengeance against Tybalt Marr.
