About “Killing Ground”
Frank Morgan returns to Buckskin, where the Lucky Lizard mine, full of silver, becomes contested when Easterner Dex Brighton arrives with a seemingly valid claim against the current owner. Town marshal Morgan sends for San Francisco lawyers, who don't survive the trip. Morgan realizes Brighton commands an army of killers in the hills, and the town's fate will be decided by lead rather than law.
