About “The split second”
Becker Drane, now thirteen years old, is a Fixer in the parallel universe known as the Seems. He is tasked with repairing the damage caused by a large bomb planted in the Department of Time. This act of terrorism was carried out by the Tide, a group of evil individuals seeking to destroy the World. The story is part of a 2008 novel by John Hulme.
