About “The Hero”
Le Héros is a short story by George R. R. Martin. It was first published in February 1971 in the magazine Galaxy Science Fiction. The story is part of Martin’s original collection Chanson pour Lya, which was published in February 1976. It was later translated into French and published in October 1982 in a collection released by J'ai lu. The story is also included in the collection R.R.étrospective, published in September 2003.
