The Black Book Club, a group of billionaires who amassed their power through dealings with evil demons, has kidnapped the ice spirit Yukina and is tormenting her for her valuable crystal tears. Yusuke, a teenage delinquent and part-time Underworld Detective, is sent to rescue her and dismantle the group, aided by his friend and rival Kuwabara, who has fallen in love with Yukina.
