Art & Language is an English conceptual artists' collaboration formed around 1967. Its name derives from the journal Art-Language, which grew out of the work of Terry Atkinson and Michael Baldwin in association with Harold Hurrell and David Bainbridge, its original editors. The collaboration's contributors later included Joseph Kosuth, Ian Burn, and Mel Ramsden; since the late 1970s the work has been continued by Michael Baldwin and Mel Ramsden.
