Aya Kanno is a Japanese manga artist who debuted in 2001 in Hana to Yume with her fantasy-action series Soul Rescue. She has primarily published manga in Hakusensha's shōjo anthologies, including Hana to Yume and Bessatsu Hana to Yume. Kanno is best known for her romantic comedy series Otomen, which was adapted into a live-action television drama, and for her historical dark fantasy series Requiem of the Rose King, which was adapted into an anime.
