Grigor Stavrev Parlichev (1830-1893), also known as Grigorios Stavridis, was a Bulgarian writer, teacher, and translator. He received acclaim in Greece as a 'second Homer' for his poem O Armatolos before becoming a Bulgarian national activist. His other notable works include the poems Skenderbeg and 1762 leto and his autobiographical Autobiography.
