Hone Vivian Kouka (born 1968) is a New Zealand playwright who has also worked as a theatre director and producer. He has written 13 plays, staged in New Zealand and worldwide, which have won multiple Chapman Tripp Theatre Awards, and in 2009 he was appointed a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to contemporary Māori theatre.
