Miles Coverdale

Miles Coverdale was an English ecclesiastical reformer and Bible translator, known for producing the first printed translation of the full Bible into Early Modern English in 1535. He also served briefly as Bishop of Exeter from 1551 to 1553. Coverdale was born in 1488 and died in 1569.
