Vrindavana Dasa Thakura (1507–1589) was an Indian writer associated with the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition. He is best known for the Chaitanya Bhagavata, a hagiography of Caitanya Mahaprabhu and the first full-length work about him written in the Bengali language. Its composition was commissioned by his guru, Nityananda.
