It argues more people may have lived in the Americas than in Europe, that Tenochtitlan exceeded contemporary European cities in population and infrastructure, that early Western Hemisphere cities predated the Egyptian pyramids, and that Indigenous peoples transformed the land and developed sophisticated agricultural techniques including corn breeding and rainforest farming.
