About “Christian Topography”
The Christian Topography is a 6th-century geographical work written by Cosmas Indicopleustes. It was originally composed of five books but was later expanded to ten and eventually twelve books by around 550 AD. The text is considered one of the earliest essays in scientific geography by a Christian author.
