About “Code of the West”

Georgiana Stockwell, a woman from the East, moves to Tonto Basin, Arizona, to live with her schoolteacher sister and encounters the code of the West, an unwritten law governing the region. Her modern, free-spirited nature creates a culture clash with the Westerners of Tonto Basin, particularly affecting Cal Thurman, a man of the West who becomes deeply drawn to her, though their relationship is tested by the heritage of honor and violence that defines the frontier.
