First Meetings is a collection of three novellas plus the original novella "Ender's Game," which first appeared in 1977 and was later expanded into a novel that won the Hugo and Nebula Awards for Best Novel. The included stories are "The Polish Boy," "Teacher's Pest," and "The Investment Counselor," exploring the origins and destiny of Ender Wiggin.
