About “Fludd”

In 1956, a stranger named Fludd arrives in the village of Fetherhoughton, where he assumes the role of curate and becomes involved in the lives of the townspeople. He performs inexplicable acts, such as making food disappear and preventing Father Angwin's alcohol from diminishing, and gradually transforms the community through a mix of the miraculous and the mundane.
