About “Herr Arnes penningar”
The Treasure is a 1904 novel by Swedish author Selma Lagerlöf. Its original title is Herr Arnes penningar, meaning "Mr. Arne's money," and it has also been published in English as Herr Arne's Hoard. The story is set in Bohuslän during the 16th century. It follows a group of Scottish mercenaries who escape from prison.
