About “Killing Season”

Four years after fifteen-year-old Ellen Vicksburg disappeared in River Remez, New Mexico, her younger brother Ben discovers her body in a shallow grave by the river's edge on the first anniversary of her death. Ben, a sixteen-year-old math student, investigates her murder and other similar unsolved cases, uncovering patterns that challenge the police's belief that she was killed by a psychopath known as the Demon, while his growing obsession draws suspicion and puts him and those he cares about in danger.
