About “Little green men”

The novel follows John Oliver Banion, a Washington talk-show host, whose life is disrupted after he is abducted by beings he initially believes to be aliens while on a golf course. After a second abduction in Palm Springs, Banion becomes convinced he has been chosen to lead a movement demanding that the U.S. government investigate UFOs, prompting conflict with his friends and family over his mental state and public credibility.
