About “Sick Puppy”

When Palmer Stoat is followed on the highway by Twilly Spree, the man's intention is not carjacking but to punish Stoat for littering and for his role in a development project threatening a pristine Gulf Coast island. Twilly, an idealistic and short-tempered activist, uses extreme methods to confront environmental destruction, leading to a series of escalating events involving dung beetles, political fixers, and a cast of eccentric characters.
