About “Srpski rječnik”
Srpski rječnik is a dictionary written by Vuk Stefanović Karadžić and first published in 1818. It is the first known dictionary of the reformed Serbian language. The work was created to standardize and promote the language, which Karadžić had reformed based on the Serbian vernacular.
