About “The Case of the Rolling Bones”

Alden Leeds, who discovered a gold vein in the Klondike years earlier, becomes the target of his relatives' schemes when they fear he will squander his fortune on a marriage to Emily Milicant. After being committed to a sanitarium on a false charge, Leeds escapes and encounters Emily's brother, John, a manufacturer of fixed Dice, rolling bones that always show seven; John is later murdered with Leeds's fingerprints at the scene, prompting Perry Mason to investigate.
