The Garden of Eden is the second posthumously released novel by Ernest Hemingway, published in 1986. Hemingway began working on the manuscript in 1946 and continued revising it for 15 years. During this time, he also wrote other works, including The Old Man and the Sea, The Dangerous Summer, A Moveable Feast, and Islands in the Stream.
