Thomas Kilbride, a map-obsessed individual with schizophrenia, uses a computer program called Whirl360.com to explore the world through street views without leaving his bedroom. He discovers an image of a woman being murdered in a New York City window, which prompts his brother Ray to investigate after initially dismissing the claim, only to uncover a dangerous conspiracy that puts both brothers in peril.
