About “Death of a Superhero”

Donald Delpe is a troubled teenager who is deeply involved in sex, music, video games, and drugs. He also suffers from a life-threatening form of leukemia, making him more challenging for his parents and teachers. He escapes into a comic-book world filled with superheroes, villains, and vampires, and refuses to face his real-life struggles. A famous psychologist, Dr. King, is brought in to help, offering a chance of hope. However, the doctor must decide whether to break the rules, betray the parents' trust, and risk everything to help Donald fulfill his greatest wish. Alternatively, it may be Donald who finds a way to save the doctor.
