About “Ender's Homecoming”
Ender in Exile is a science fiction novel by Orson Scott Card, part of the Ender's Game series. It was published on November 11, 2008, and takes place between Ender's Game and Speaker for the Dead. The novel also relates to the Shadow Saga, as it covers events that occur during the trilogy. It resolves a loose end from the Shadow Saga and references events from that series. The story expands on the final chapter of Ender's Game, filling gaps before and after it. The novel begins one year after Ender wins the bugger war and includes the short story "Ender's Homecoming," originally published in Intergalactic Medicine Show.
