About “Le Champion éternel”
The Eternal Champion is a fantasy novel by Michael Moorcock, first written in the late 1950s and published as a magazine novella in 1962. Moorcock later expanded it into a full novel, which was published in 1970. A revised version appeared in 1978. The story introduces the hero John Daker, also known as Erekosë, and is the first book in Moorcock's Erekosë trilogy. The novel includes references to other short stories by the author.
