About “The Judiciary Continued, and the Distribution of the Judicial Authority”
Federalist No. 79 is an essay written by Alexander Hamilton and is the seventy-ninth of The Federalist Papers. It was published in a book collection on May 28, 1788, and first appeared in a newspaper on June 18 of the same year. It was written under the pseudonym Publius, which was used for all the Federalist Papers regardless of the author.
