About “The Gangster”

It is 1906 in New York City, where the Italian crime group known as the Black Hand is committing crimes including kidnapping, extortion, and arson. Detective Isaac Bell of the Van Dorn Agency is hired to create a special "Black Hand Squad" to stop them. However, the gangsters seem to be everywhere, leading Bell to suspect that some may be imitating the Black Hand to spread fear. As the violence escalates, men of increasing power are murdered, and Bell learns that the final target could be the most powerful man in the city.
