About “Dance Hall of the Dead”

Two Native-American boys vanish into thin air, leaving a pool of blood behind, and Lieutenant Joe Leaphorn of the Navajo Tribal Police must suspect the worst since the blood belonged to a young Zuñi. His investigation is complicated by an important archaeological dig and a steel hypodermic needle, while the sacred religious rites and laws of the Zuñi people throw roadblocks in his path, allowing a murderer to elude justice or kill again.
