Far-Seer is a science fiction novel written by Canadian author Robert J. Sawyer. Published in 1992 by Ace Science Fiction, it is the first book in the Quintaglio Ascension Trilogy, followed by Fossil Hunter and Foreigner. The story takes place on a moon that orbits a gas giant and features a species of intelligent Tyrannosaurs called Quintaglios. The novel won the Homer award for "Best Novel" upon its initial release.
