About “The magic of Recluce”
Gunnar sends his son Lerris, unaware of his father's history or his own magical potential, to Candar for a rite of passage given to dissatisfied Recluce residents with an affinity for order or chaos. There Lerris meets his uncle Justen and must confront a powerful chaos mage, ultimately defeating him and settling in Candar as a woodworker.
