About “Foundation's Triumph”

The Second Foundation Trilogy includes three novels: Foundation's Fear by Gregory Benford, Foundation and Chaos by Gregory Bear, and Foundation's Triumph by David Brin. These books explore the origins and downfall of Hari Seldon, the creator of the Foundation. Foundation's Triumph follows Seldon as he prepares for a final mission that could determine humanity's future. The trilogy was written with the approval of the Asimov estate and continues the story of Isaac Asimov's Foundation Trilogy, which is a landmark in science fiction. The original series focused on a declining Galactic Empire and a group of scientists using psychohistory to reduce the Dark Age that follows.
