The Cat Who Saw Red is a mystery novel by Lilian Jackson Braun, published in 1986 as a Jove Books paperback original. It is the fourth book in The Cat Who... series, which features journalist Jim Qwilleran and his Siamese cat, Koko. The series resumed eighteen years after a 1960s trilogy. The back cover of the novel promoted reissues of the first three stories, listing them as "other Lilian Jackson Braun mysteries." A total of 25 sequels were published between 1987 and 2007.
