Star Wars: The Han Solo Trilogy is a trilogy of science fiction novels set in the Star Wars universe. It was written by Ann C. Crispin and released in three parts, in June 1997, October 1997, and March 1998. The books focus on Han Solo's life before the original Star Wars trilogy and are considered non-canon, under the Legends designation. The author avoided certain events, such as Han's time in the Imperial Academy and his first meeting with Chewbacca, as requested by Lucasfilm.
