About “The Firebird Rocket”
The Firebird Rocket's launch is in danger when a famous rocket scientist vanishes on his way to the Woomera Monitoring Station in Australia. Fenton Hardy asks his sons, Frank and Joe, for help with the case, forcing them to turn down another assignment. The search begins at the Princeton Space Laboratory, where the boys realize they are being followed. Clues lead them to Australia, where they face attempts on their lives, including a car trying to run them over and a cargo bale falling on them. Despite the danger, they follow the trail to an Australian cattle station. Using courage and detective skills, they get close to the enemy but are captured. The Hardys now face death, and the fate of the Firebird Rocket remains uncertain.
