The Mystery of the Spiral Bridge is a 1966 novel by Franklin W. Dixon. Frank and Joe Hardy set out to bring to justice the criminals who kidnapped their detective father while he investigated sabotage of a road-building project in Kentucky. After his escape, a clue -- the word "Felix" -- and a stolen dossier lead the boys to New York City, then to a spiral symbol found in a cemetery, and finally to jobs on a Kentucky highway construction crew to track down the kidnappers and saboteurs.
