Jenny Humphrey moves to Waverly Academy and immediately becomes the center of attention because of her appearance. She attracts the interest of three popular boys, kisses two, and starts a relationship with Easy Walsh, who is already in a relationship with her roommate, Callie Vernon. Tinsley Carmichael accuses Jenny of being manipulative and, despite her own history of stealing a boyfriend from another roommate, helps expel Jenny and Brett from their exclusive club. This leads to a conflict between the four roommates, who are now separated. Jenny and Callie live together, while Brett and Tinsley are downstairs. Tensions rise when Easy visits Jenny but finds Callie instead, and Brett uncovers a secret Tinsley has kept for years. The students at Waverly watch as the situation escalates.
