Dragon Haven is a 2010 novel by Robin Hobb, a sequel to Dragon Keeper. Sickly, half-formed sea serpents that returned to cocoon expecting rebirth as dragons emerged unable to fly or hunt, and fifteen such dragons set off with a group of human keepers up the Rain Wild River in search of the lost Elderling city of Kelsingra, facing starvation, floods, predators, and threats from within their own company.
