About “Spell of the Witch World”
Spell of the Witch World is a collection of science fantasy short stories by Andre Norton, part of her Witch World series. It was first published in 1972 by DAW Books, marking the publisher’s first release. The book has been reprinted multiple times. Early editions included cover art and a frontispiece by Jack Gaughan, while later editions used art by Michael Whelan.
