Hidehiko Tezuka, better known by his pen name Kazuhiko Shimamoto (born 1961), is a Japanese manga artist. He attended the Osaka University of Arts in the fine arts department, and in February 1982 debuted in the spring special issue of Weekly Shōnen Sunday with Hissatsu no Tenkōsei, after which he dropped out of college to devote his energy to becoming a manga artist.
