Disclosure is a 1994 novel by Michael Crichton. It is set at a fictional computer hardware manufacturing company. The story follows Tom Sanders, who tries to prove that he was sexually harassed by a female employer. The novel explores themes of workplace dynamics and power struggles. It was Crichton's ninth novel written under his own name and his nineteenth overall. The book was also included in a collection with Rising Sun.
