About “Pro Milone”
Pro Tito Annio Milone ad iudicem oratio is a speech delivered by Marcus Tullius Cicero in 52 BC. It was written on behalf of his friend Titus Annius Milo, who was accused of murdering his political opponent, Publius Clodius Pulcher, on the Via Appia. The speech was composed after the trial had taken place, leading some scholars to question its authenticity.
