An aging strip club owner named Claudiu “Manco” Kapak is robbed by a masked gunman while depositing cash receipts, prompting him to send his security team to track down a suspect who is spending money recklessly and is new to Los Angeles. The investigation leads them to Joe Carver, an innocent newcomer who evades capture and becomes entangled in a violent conflict involving the real culprit, Jefferson Davis Falkins, and his girlfriend Carrie, as well as police detective Lieutenant Nick Slosser, who faces personal challenges while handling the escalating case.
