About “Wolves and Sheep”
Wolves and Sheep is a play written by Alexander Ostrovsky in 1875. It was first published in the journal Otechestvennye Zapiski, issue 11, in the same year. The play had its debut performance in St. Petersburg on December 8, 1875, at the Alexandrinsky Theatre. It was also performed in Moscow the same year, on December 26, at the Maly Theatre.
