After last year's distractions cost his hockey team their season, new team captain Hunter Davenport adopts a new philosophy of hockey and school now, women later, going celibate. He becomes friends with new classmate Demi Davis, but when she becomes single after their friendship deepens, she starts making a play for him despite their different backgrounds and disapproving parents.
