About “Dragons of the Highlord Skies”

The Chronicles retold from the perspective of evil. The story begins in Neraka, where Kitiara uth Matar and Emperor Ariakas plot to retrieve a dragon orb to destroy Solamnia and the Companions. Highlord Feal-Thas, the guardian of the orb, opposes their plan. Kitiara travels to Ice Wall to convince him, but her journey continues as she seeks help from Lord Soth and the Dark Queen. Meanwhile, Laurana and the Companions obtain the dragon orb and return it to Solamnia, unaware they are bringing destruction. The Lost Chronicles is the second volume of a new trilogy by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman. It tells the War of the Lance from the viewpoint of Krynn's enemies. The books are designed to complement the original Chronicles and appeal to new readers.
